PressureSafe

We Can Help You Meet Your Compressed Air Safety Obligations

We now have engineers who are IOSH (The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) accredited to carry out pressure systems safety inspections on compressed air systems.  This service helps our customers meet their obligations under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR).

Our engineers have been trained by the PressureSafe organisation and have a strong understanding of all necessary aspects of the law regarding this subject, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (Directive 97/23/EC) (PED), the Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/2001) (PER), the Simple Pressure Vessels Directive (Directive 87/404/EEC) (SPVD), the Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations 1991 (SPV), and the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR).

The service we offer is providing our clients with value for money and easing some of the burdens of compliance with PSSR regulations, as far as their compressed air systems are concerned.  Following an initial Written Scheme of Examinations (WSE), our inspection engineers thoroughly examine pressure systems and all safety components, including associated pipework.  All data is stored on the PressureSafe secure online system, comprising of the WSE with a detailed report of the examinations, including previous reports.

The report is audited by a panel of PressureSafe engineers before being made available to view on the customer portal.

Our customers enjoy the benefits of prompt reporting and easy access to their information by logging into the password protected area of the customer portal.
